All of his features we know of is his hair which is brown. the reason we dont know what he looks like is because Bungie studios (creator of the halo series) never created a face for him because they claim "the player is him" and we have to imagine we are him. Making a face for him would diminish the playing expirience that is Halo. Some peaple say that this is not Chief that it is some ODST that somehow got Majonir armor. I say that is crap dispite the fact that in the background is the sentinal factory in Halo 2. As hardcore Halo fans know that the Chief never went to the factory he was captured by the gravemind. You play as the Arbiter in that mission. Thats all I have to say to that.
